At Meiko – The Ladies Hub, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders while maintaining product quality and safety. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and other important information regarding the delivery of your purchases.

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed
  • A second notification will be sent when your order has been shipped along with tracking information
3. Shipping Timelines
  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days, depending on your location and our logistics partner
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays
  • Delivery to remote areas may take additional time
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS

You can track your package's status by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website

5. Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹999 (subject to promotional offers)
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, our standard shipping charges are:
    • Local deliveries (within city): upto ₹100
    • Metro cities: upto ₹150
    • Other locations: upto ₹250
  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment
6. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently ship to most locations across India
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time
  • Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times
7. Delivery Process
  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If you're not available, the courier will:
    • Leave a delivery attempt notification
    • Attempt delivery again the next business day
    • Return the package to our facility after three unsuccessful attempts
8. Potential Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or strikes
  • Logistics partner delays
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • High-volume shopping periods (festivals, sales, etc.)

Meiko is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Incomplete contact details
  • Customer unavailability to receive delivery

  • For apartment buildings or gated communities, please provide access information
  • While our delivery partners will do their best to accommodate special requests, these cannot be guaranteed
