  • I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?

    To redeem your promotional or discount code, simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. On the payment page, you'll find a field labeled "Discount Code" or "Promo Code." Enter your code there and click "Apply" to see your discount reflected in the order total. Please note that some promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, and certain codes may have expiration dates or minimum purchase requirements.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping delivers within 1-2 business days. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact our customer service team with your order number ready.

  • We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. To return or exchange an item, log into your account, select the order containing the item, and click "Return Item." You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Pack your items in their original condition with tags attached, attach the provided label, and drop off at your nearest shipping point. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges & Returns
  • Order modifications or cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. To request a cancellation within the first hour, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. For orders already in processing, you'll need to wait until you receive the items and then follow our standard return procedure. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, which limits our ability to make changes once an order is confirmed.

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy on all regular-priced items in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. Returns are free for orders over $50; otherwise, a $5.95 return shipping fee applies. Simply initiate your return through your account, print the prepaid shipping label, and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • We offer three convenient delivery options to suit your needs: 1) Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for $5.95, free on orders over $75. 2) Express Shipping (1-2 business days) for $12.95. 3) Same-Day Delivery available in select metropolitan areas for $18.95 when ordered before 11am. All deliveries require signature confirmation, and you'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For international customers, we offer standard international shipping (7-14 business days) and express international shipping (3-5 business days) with rates calculated at checkout.

  • We accept multiple payment methods to make shopping convenient for everyone. You can pay using major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and our store gift cards. For orders over $100, we also offer interest-free installment payments through Afterpay and Klarna, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 equal payments over 6 weeks with no additional fees when payments are made on time.   • Yes! Create a wishlist to save your favorite items for later. Simply click the heart icon on any product page to add it to your wishlist. You'll need to be logged into your account to use this feature. Your wishlist items remain saved until you remove them or they sell out. We'll notify you when wishlist items go on sale or when low in stock. You can easily share your wishlist with friends and family for gift ideas. To move an item from your wishlist to cart, simply visit your wishlist and click "Add to Cart" on the desired item.

Refund Questions
  • If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you can use our "Notify Me" feature by clicking the "Notify Me" button on the product page. We'll send you an email when your item is back in stock. Popular styles often get restocked regularly. You can also contact our customer service team who may be able to check inventory at our warehouse or brick-and-mortar locations. For limited edition items, we recommend checking our "Similar Items" suggestions at the bottom of the product page for alternatives with comparable style and fit.

  • I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?

    If you haven't received all items in your order, first check your order confirmation email to see if any items were shipped separately. Large orders or items from different collections may ship in multiple packages. You can verify the status of all items by logging into your account and viewing your order details. If the missing items show as "shipped" but haven't arrived, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll investigate with our shipping partners and resolve the issue promptly, either by locating your package or processing a replacement or refund.

  • We're sorry for any inconvenience! If you've received incorrect or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the incorrect/defective items showing any issues and email these to support@yourboutique.com with your order number. For incorrect items, we'll arrange a free return and express ship the correct items to you. For defective items, we offer immediate replacement, store credit with a 10% bonus, or a full refund. Quality is important to us, so your feedback helps improve our products.

  • Items added to your shopping cart are temporarily reserved for 60 minutes to give you time to complete your purchase. After this time, items in your cart will be released back to inventory and may become available to other customers. For high-demand or limited edition items, we recommend completing your purchase promptly to ensure availability. Creating an account allows you to save items to your wishlist indefinitely, though this doesn't reserve them. For the most up-to-date inventory status, always check the product page before finalizing your purchase.

  • We currently ship to over 40 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European Union countries. At checkout, you can select your country to see shipping options and delivery timeframes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and collected upon delivery. For certain countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where all taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.
